Let Melissa from The Top Drawer RVA show you how to create magic with the new Dixie Belle Cottage Collection Colors. Meet Suzanne, founder of Dixie Belle. Tickets are $25 per person. All attendees will receive a goodie bag full of fun stuff, get 10% throughout the store and 15% off all Dixie Belle products plus much more. Reserve your space now.
